  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer, certified run coach and sports nutrition specialist

  • 3 time ultra marathon champion & 18 hour 100 mile finisher

  • Multiple Boston and New York Marathon Qualifier 

  • Ironman Triathlete 

  • 50 + races in distances from 5k to 100 miler, roads and trails, triathlon to obstacle course racing
