What:

A private event for you to Snowshoe or Nordic Ski in Utah’s gorgeous mountains under the Light of the Full Moon with a candle-lit trail. Traverse around the beautiful Silver Lake, join in short mindfulness meditations and enjoy warming around a campfire back at the lodge with hot chocolate and S’mores.

What’s included in your ticket?

Nordic Ski or Snowshoe rentals

You can choose to Nordic Ski or Snowshoe for the evening. When you arrive, the Solitude Resort staff will get you fitted for your rentals, answer any questions you have, and provide any instruction you may need.

Silver Lake Trail Pass

Your ticket includes a private trail pass to access the Silver Lake trails under the moonlight. Silver Lake will be lit up by tiki torches, candles, and the moon. You can also attach a colorful light, provided by Solitude, to your coat and watch the mountain light up. On average, the trail takes 1-hour to complete. Elevation gain is minimal.

campfires, s’mores, and hot drinks

There will be campfires, s’mores and hot drinks available for your enjoyment all throughout the evening. Cozy up by the fires and enjoy the company of other epic women!

Mindfulness meditations

You will have the opportunity to participate in mindfulness meditations every 15 minutes. These meditations have been curated to help you set intentions for the new year!

  • Solitude Resort’s trained staff will be present to help women get comfortable with the equipment and help explain movement for easy use of the skis and snowshoes.

  • DRESS WARM! Warm base layers! Warm coat, snow pants, gloves, snow boots, hat.

    The Average nightly temperatures up the canyon in January tend to be around 15°.

  • No, Nordic Night is not a race. Get ready to feel restored and empowered as you set your intentions for 2025!

  • On average, it takes about one hour to complete to the loop. Plan on extra time to warmup by the fires after, drink your hot chocolate, and pickup your swag.

Event policies

Refund & Deferral Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable. Ticket transfers are not permitted. We know life happens. If you cannot attend an event or need a pregnancy deferral, you must inform us via email 30 days prior to the event, and you can defer your registration to a future event. Due to the nature of running an event this size, Women’s Epic will not extend refunds to those who wish to cancel their registration. Any deferments must be made 30 days by prior to the event day. No deferments will be made the day of or after an event.

Private Event: Nordic Night is a private event for women. Only those with a purchased ticket will be allowed in the lodge and trail area. Please leave your family at home or let them know they can wait in the Brighton Store parking lot. Nursing Mama’s- shoot us an email.

Swag Policy: You must be physically present with your ID to receive your swag bag. Women’s Epic will not save or ship you your swag. You must be at the correct event date to receive any swag items.

Cancellation Policy: Women’s Epic organizers reserve the ability and right to cancel the event due to unsafe weather, and any variety of circumstances, etc. For the safety of participants and staff we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or re-route the course as we see fit.

* No dogs/ babies/children to accompany participants on trail. We love fur babies and kids alike, however for everyone’s safety they may not join you on course.
