Women's Epic is a women's-specific mountain trail running race with it’s 2024 race season located in Utah. It was created for all levels of adventure-seeking women who want to leave their comfort zone behind, explore the trails, and join an inspiring community of like-minded ladies on the mountain. The vertical trek to the top of the mountain is the ultimate test of endurance and mental strength. The views throughout the trail race will take your breath away, and the after-party at the finish line will make it all worth it

All skill-levels are welcome to participate in our trail races. Every year we have first-timers as well as elite athletes participate. You can hike, jog, or run throughout the trail race. We highly recommend you train for our trail races. They are located in high-altitude mountains with steep vertical gain. The half marathon is not for beginners (it is a very challenging course designed for intermediate to elite athletes).

Every year, Women’s Epic provides a 12-week trail race training guide designed by our favorite running coach, Coach Rhandi. The training guide is created specifically for the mileage and vertical gain that you will conquer at a Women’s Epic Race. It includes hill work, speed work, fartlek, trail runner’s strength training, etc.

It’s extremely important to us that our podium winners are awarded EPIC prizes for their EPIC accomplishment. Every year our sponsors spoil our podium winners with the BEST prizes. Each year is different. Past years’ prizes have included: Ice Barrel Cold Plunges, Garmin Forerunners, GoPros, Vuori gift cards, Clean Simple Eats, Hydrojugs, and so much more!
