Refund/Cancellation Policy

Women’s Epic will not extend refunds to those who wish to cancel their registration- due to the nature of running an event this size. We will assess situations fairly, however, there are no refunds available after June 1- no exceptions. Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual after June 1.

Women’s Epic organizers reserve the ability and right to cancel the event due to unsafe weather, and any variety of circumstances, etc. For the safety of participants and staff we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or re-route the race course as we see fit.
